If you’re at a toss up between getting 2 or getting 1 get 2 it’s easier to switch legs and keep your workout moving. They are really strong . They work really well. Easy to fit in your gym bag.

Easy to take to the community gym to do the exercises prescribed by my PT. Sturdy and comfortable on my ankle, easy to adjust. The Velcro holds them right where I want them. I use them several times a week and so far are showing no signs of wear.

Great Gym bag addition
