Q: Am I able to place vinyl stickers on the jackets without them coming off?

Yes I used plain white stickers and wrote what record it was on them

Not sure what you mean. I didn’t notice a glare to them but there are other ones that are tan but I preferred these I bought the other one because they weren’t in stock at the time
