Yes it does work with the Amazon Echo. I have them both and the Echo changes the temperature at my voice command.

Yes. You can use it with or without it being wired for humidity control.

Q: Is it HomeKit-enabled and is there something or will there be something to enable this thermostat to be homekit-enabled in the near future?

Sorry haven't heard the term Homekit but you may be talking about the use of the phone app to control the settings? If so then yes. I can control mine with the phone app. In fact I only use the phone app never touching the actual wall thermostat.

Look to Honeywell thermostats with an R in the model for Redlink compatible models, e.g. TH8320R1003
