Can this adhesive be used to bind the bottom of artificial grass to a concrete surface? So the edges of the grass don't slip.

no it only sticky on one side i used glue on concrete to stick bottom side of tape

Could i use this tape to pin my fake grass on my concrete patio?

I applied this product to a high rise concrete balcony which experienced sustained 30mph winds for a few days over the next week. The turf did not blow around at all. Just make sure to wipe loose dirt off both surfaces first
