Great chopper! Easy to use and clean. Exactly what we needed.

I love this manual chopper, better control over chopping size. I use it many vegetables, including chopping cucumbers for dill relish that I canned. I initially bought this in case of a power outage, as I have an adult son that need food semi pureed. I use it all the time now. Thinking about getting a backup, I like it so much,

Blade is very sharp, easy to clean, time saving on cutting up vegetables.

It's alright. The build quality could be a bit more robust but it does the job so far.il keep it.

Pretty good. Chop stuff to the size you want. Really sharp blades.

Somewhat of a let down. Cannot handle cabbage if not already sliced to small pieces. Handle gets stuck some timeUsed it 2-3 times and forgot about it.Did not try guacamole which was the original reason i bought.

This is as replacement chopper for another brand of processor. It can't handle much of a load without ratcheting. Food needs to be precut, and only chopped a little at a time or the unit will make a loud noise and the handle will spin without turning the blade. Works fine for light duty.

I bought this model specifically because so many reviews mentioned that it’s perfect for chopping salsa items, which often get over-smashed in blenders or food processors, which I dislike. The reviews were 100% correct! Because this is manually cranked, it is very easy to control the amount of coarseness of the chop, for tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeno, etc. All items looked very uniformly diced and not “pulverized”. It does not require much strength or effort at all, just 8 to 12 gentle cranks/spins for most items; for a finer dice on garlic I did maybe 16-18 spins of the handle. Pretty easy to clean also. For me, this product exceeded expectations.
