Do you put these on right after you wash your face?

Yes. I have washed my face with my cleanser of choice and then used the pad. One pad is usually enough for the entire face and the neck area.

Is this product good for dry skin?

I love these pads and I am usually dry in winter. If you moisturize afterwards I think it’ll be fine. I’m on my third jar.
