My husband has neuropathy in his fingers and cannot manage belt buckles. Most of his pants and shorts are pole on but have drawstrings to tighten them. Unfortunately, he cannot manage tying and untying with neuropathy. I put on these toggles in order to simplify his life. He is very happy with them

I listed some weight and I needed these to keep my pants up. Works great.

Great for sweats and shorts.
Spring force on these little guys is pretty high. Can be a little hard to get both cords through the hole. But holds very well once it's set.I no longer have to rely on the elastic determining my waist. Just draw the cords together for a nice fit.
