Q: Is this okay to use on cats?

My vet said no, they weren’t in favor of anything with essential oils, something about cats not having an enzyme to break it down and kidneys. Also was concerned that cocoa might be too close to chocolate. Worked fine on my mom’s dog while it was out in wet, I'm not risking my cat licking it.
