I opted to go with the no zipper style because I didn't want to deal with an accidental tear. The material seems durable and based on the size chart I went with chest size vs weight size. Based on weight I would've had to get a 3 or 4X but I went with chest measurements. It is a little snug around my back but only if I cross my arms, which I won't be doing because I'm only using it for cardio no lifting. I'm 5'9 220 and I am pleased with how the 2X fits.

Rip proof. Comfortable. Quick to dry. Size runs just a little small for the men's.

The sauna shirt is very high quality, and is true to size. It builds up a nice sweat and is durable enough to handle just about any workout and washes well in my washing machine.

Great Product! It really makes you sweat. Husband uses it for his daily workouts. Will recommend to get a size up! Other than that, highly satisfied!

Okay. I wanted to use this for a few weeks to get a real customer use out of it. I didn’t want to say 5 stars right off the bat because I opened it and it fit.So during my workouts. I run or jog on the treadmill for 5 miles in the suit. And let me tell you. You have puddles of sweat coming out the suit. People will look at you funny because you look like Sam Smith at his performance. But you are there to improve your life and overall health.I burn nearly half a pound during my workouts. Which consists of 5 mile Run and Strength training. I think this improves your ability to burn more calories than it says on my Apple Watch. Because during the treadmill of jog, you are increasing your heart bpm to a certain level. Then your body is still fat burning during your strength training.This is a very very in-expensive product compared to brand names that do just as well. I added a picture from my workout today, so people don’t think this is paid or anything. But this very very good.I did by a size bigger in fear of it not fitting. And it was still useful.This a 5 star product hands down

Only got to wear it once because I literally had to tear it off of myself due to it being extremely tight around the underarm area, all other areas fit loosely and comfortable. I had even ordered a size bigger due to my concern of taking it off but that didn't help. So plan on getting 2 sizes up if you don't want to get one use out of it.

En cuanto a ciencia, no tengo idea si sirve de algo porque solo pierdas agua, pero sí se siente muy bien para hacer cardio. En poco tiempo estás goteando y siente cómo te desintoxicas a nivel piel. El diseño está muy decente, la talla muy fiel y la calidad perfecta. No se siente como producto de infomercial. Vale la pena.

First of all - you need to order 1 size up, than what you are normally wearing. I usually wear an M - ordered an L and fits perfectly.I’ve been using the hot suit for 2 weeks now.Started running on the treadmill for 30 to 40 minutes a day, at my own pace and I’ve lost almost 4kg.You sweat a lot and you get really really hot. Sometimes the feeling is unbearable, so I had to decrease the speed and walk rather than run.You also need to drink loads of water.Overall very satisfied.
