Q: How does this keep cold food cold?

It does not keep items cold/cool besides in the thermos. Don’t be fooled by the websites claims! I am in the process of returning mine. When I reached out, unhappy with its performance they sent me a link to buy ice packs. Going to have to pay return shipping. Definitely do not suggest this based on product and customer service.

Q: does this keep salad/fruits cold by using other none thermos sections? is there a ice pack that comes with this box?

The non-thermos sections are double walled with air insulation in between. It'll keep food cool + fresh, but not cold. For really cold food, we suggest dropping in a small ice pack.

Q: How big is the thermos section?

Doesn’t even fit a half of a can of spaghetti 0s. Putting the lid on also takes half an inch away from the actual thermos. Maybe 3 inches width and an inch deep.

Q: Quiero saber si no derrama la comida y que tiempo mantiene la comida caliente?

No derrama liquidos por la goma que trae entre divisores. En el termito la comida permanece caliente por unas 4 horas. Empaco a mi niño a las 7:00am y asu hora de lunch a las 11:00 me dice que su comida aun está calientita o tibia.
