It does not work
The quality is very bad. The mic comes with a wire that inserts into the back of the intercom. Depending on how you jiggle the connection, sometimes there's voice from the mic to the speaker or vice versa. Sometimes there's none. Steer clear of this product. Seldom does it work together. As far as I tested it, it does not do full duplex.

Does the Job
Bought this for a classroom tv studio to connect the control room with the studio - sound is clear enough. Sounds like an old school fast food drive through but does the job on a budget. Would recommend for this use.

Set it up easily behind a thick plexiglass window and installed the customer receiver on the opposite side of the window. Works great. No feedback issues.

Bought this item for work since I have hearing problems and it worked well for 2 months then the button had to be messed with in order for it to work right. It was easy to use while it lasted.
