The best middle ground hot sauce! This works great with eggs. It has just a small amount of spice but a ton of flavor. We love it! This is a great value. Wish the bottles were bigger but this is normal.

If you haven't tried this yet, you should! The flavor is just as if you were eating a jalapeño. I can't get enough!

My husband loves this stuff--adds it to many Mexican, Tex-Mex and a variety of other dishes. I generally find it an interesting addition, but wouldn't go out of my way to add it. However... I just discovered it is a great substitute for jalapeño peppers in recipes. Saves the cutting, seeding and storage--and it's easy to get just the right amount of heat.The sauce keeps well. Buying multiple bottles seems okay; we used the last two bottles over a 2-1/2 year period, stored unopened at room temperature or opened in the fridge.

I like to use Malinda's sauces in almost everything I eat. I have tried and used nearly all of her hot sauces and this one is my favorite, although some of her other sauces are a close second.
