We redid our bathroom and wanted a spa experience for our shower. Based on reviews here, we bought this system and could not be happier! Fabulous water pressure (especially from the shower handheld), sleek design, and easy functionality. Great value compared to other brands that were 3x as much. I look forward to showering and probably shower too long thanks to this system. Highly recommend.

The pressure is amazing, and I love being able to switch between the regular shower head and the handheld wand, especially for rinsing my hair or cleaning the shower & washing the dog. Installation was super easy, and I did it myself in under 15 minutes. It looks sleek, feels high quality, and honestly makes me look forward to my showers even more. I paired it with a second matching shower head and it was the perfect finishing touch to my solid black bathroom! Highly recommend if you’re wanting a little upgrade without the price tag!

Installed in new shower. Looks awesome. Shower head provides plenty of water and the faucet allows for quick, easy adjustment.

I purchased this for a master bath renovation. The moment I saw it installed, I was very impressed. Nothing cheap about it. The handheld wand is solid and honest lo y could be used as a weapon if any intruders surprise you while you're in the shower. I wish the water pressure was a little better and I've noticed that my pressure is slowly getting lower. Water isn't coming out of the top two rows of the showerhead, but this may be an easy fix. Overall, it's a good product.

Wanted a nice shower head and wand for my walk in shower. Was missing a part when box was opened, contacted seller and they shipped the part quickly. No complaints. Works great.

This fixture looks nice, but finding parts to install it is a nightmare. This is not a typical installation. Be prepared to jerryrig everything, as roughs placement has absolutely NO wiggle room and plumbing trims are male, with very little threading. As other have commented, test fitting the fixtures destroyed the seals. I'm very angry that we are installing this outside of the return window. I can't return it. The rough valve is made in a way that you have to tear down the tile wall if anything goes wrong, unlike american made fixtures that you can remove the trims and replace parts. We are going to throw it away and buy a Kohler shower tub & shower set. This was beyond frustrating.
