I use 10 inch with this and it works. Much deeper bowl that with my larger one.

Q: Is this single or a set? Makes sense for a smaller basket to sit inside the larger one

SINGLE BASKET AND i WOULD AGREE IT WOULD WORK BETTER IF DBL BUT WE ARE ABLE TO MAKE IT WORK. PUT SHELL IN FRYER THAN PUSH DOWN WITH BASKET TO FORM SHELL
