Q: Does it come with regular toner cartridge or a tiny starter one that needs to be replaced soon?

It comes with a starter cartridge for 500 copies. I ordered an additional cartridge for 3,000 copies. I used this copier to print pages for college courses since most books were e-books.

Q: Hello - Is an ethernet cable included in the box with the printer?

The ethernet cable is not included in the box with this printer.

Q: Does this print on cardstock?

It is not recommended for card stock. Take a look at the M501dn or some Lexmark models.

Q: is this compatiable with windows10?

Theoretically, it is. However, this is a new product, and the drivers do not work well yet. I would avoid this printer series (404/405) until HP gets the kinks worked out.
