I ordered 2 bottles and both seals are totally removed but placed back. why?! anyone else have this?

does this cleanser remove makeup well?

It does somewhat but I like to use a makeup removing oil first

I’m not quite sure exactly what some of the ingredients are, so I can’t say there is no oil. But my face can not tolerate any oil, so I’m pretty certain it doesn’t. I can’t even use moisturizers for acne prone skin. That’s how oily my skin is. But this is the best cleanser I’ve ever used. I’ve tried everything, and this is the only thing that works.
