Q: Can you please provide your heavy metals testing. Lead, Cadmium, etc?

No testing has been done for these heavy metals yet. While this is a hot topic in the chocolate world; Carob is a very different product from a totally different climate and part of the world. So likely not going to be affected from the issues chocolate has been having. We do plan to get these tests done soon though.

Our sweet Aussie (original) chips and treats do not have cinnamon. Our new unsweetened line does have cinnamon. This includes our new unsweetened chips. Just make sure to order the regular chips. Let me know if you have any other questions.
