We have struggled to find books that my 7 year old daughter wants to read. When she found the Dory series she willingly read to finish the book and always asked for the next book. All of her friends read it too. Highly recommend to get the into reading for fun 😀

Dory Fantasmagory Head in the cloud is an amazing and very imaginative. I loved it. The illustrations are awesome!

I started reading this to my daughter when she was 6. We took this book with us on vacation for a week. I must have read this to her 4 times and I've read it 5 more times since then. It may not be as well written as the others in this series in my opinion and I missed Mr. Nuggy being in the story more but my daughter really got it. She understood the structure and where it was going as a story. She had great fun.It's also a good reader for kids to learn reading.
