Will acrylic bond to PVC using pvc glue?

I would think so if you sanded it where the glue goes

Will these filter out damaging uv light? i want to protect an autograph i have framed.

There is no UV protection for the display inside. The acrylic sheet itself is UV resistant, but does not offer UV protection for the inside content.

Are these exactly 5x7? i ordered from someone else and the pieces were actually 5 1/8 x 7 1/8 which i cannot use.

They are all 5x7, they are packed in a box slightly bigger but once you remove the glass from the box you will see they are all identical in exact size ordered
