Yes but I’m sure it depends on the light.

Q: Why is this stand gong to take a month to get to be deliverd to me?

Interesting. It took less than a week to get to me. I’m unsure where you’re located but I’m in the states and it arrived 2/3 days sooner than the expected arrival.

Q: Is this compatible with alien bee lights?

Hi it appears so. I’ve never heard of those lights but I’ve done a google search and yet it will work. 🤗
