NO TIMER?
TO THE MANUFACTURER/ SUPPLIERi failed to check ..there is no timer for this slow cooker? please help me out here.. i bought slow cooker so i can just leave my food stuff inside and set timer for 4 or 6 hours then check in the morning... means if I am late to check, my food is burnt? because it does not change automatic to warm

Disappointing
Sorry to say this item was not up to Russell Hobbs usual quality/standard by a long way, quite cheaply made. It also says it would suit family size but was too small. Retuned & purchased the Kenwood slow cooker instead

Not cooking
Had food cooking in it for 4 hours and the water wasn't even boiling anymore. I put boiling water like the instructions said and 4 hours later the water was only lukewarm and the food not cooked.
