Broken glass neck upon opening. Tried to return. Not possible!
When I opened the bottle the neck snapped at the cork base. This is not the first time this has happened.Company state there is no return policy on the product!Disgraceful after sales service from company.Clearly they have a poorly manufactured product. As this is the 2nd time for me!
