Completely leak proof

I would like a refund for my Aladdin Leakproof-Double Wall Vacuum Insulated Cup, Stainless Steel, Aqua Blue, because it is faulty. The lock cup has broken and it is not fit for purpose. Please can you tell me how I can return it? Best wishes. Roz

Great cup but not the easiest to clean
This cup is great especially how it is smaller, setting it apart from the usual large cups similar to it. I frequently travel with work and spend weeks at a time away from home and this cup is a nice size for me to take.The cup is well made and of good quality. Its been in my bag and knocked about in there a fair bit and there is no marks or anything on it.One gripe i have is that the lid is not very easy to clean espicially if you cannot clean it straight away. I does open up more for cleaning but is a little awkward to do and get the gaskets off for cleaning but it can be done. However, its still not so easy to clean, i bought a small kids toothbrush to clean it but its hard to reach all parts of it, and it takes a bit of time to do, maybe a dishwasher is needed which i dont have.Id reckomend rinse it and clean it as soon as you can after using it to try and help reduce cleaning time.I would buy this cup again and recommend it but i have had other larger ones that are easier to clean.

Great leakproof, worth the price
After trying 5 different "leak proof" mugs, these ones are the easiest to use and clean.Tipping it upside down and shaking it with no leaks.can open/lock with one hand, which is handy.Keeps my coffee warmer far longer than other ones.I rinse it with boiling water before pouring my coffee in to keep it hot even longer.

Warranty not honored.
Followed the warranty instuctions on the enclose sheet and never got a reply. Pity as I liked the product until it leaked.

Great buy
Love this cup. I brought the smaller size for a change and I love it. Doesnt leak, keeps my tea hot for hrs. Great for my morning cuppa on the go or when I’m at work.
