Been taking this collagen for 2 weeks now. Dissolves easily into my protein smoothie, tasteless & does not change the consistency. It’s a simple way to increase my protein intake.In this short space of time I have seen an improvement in the mild Lipedema on my legs, along with dry brushing.

Although I had to cut down on any powder intake for personal medical reasons, this product did pretty well for me, I recommend that you add it to a protein shake or mix in with Greek yoghurt.

Dissolve completely in warm water. It is good with coffee but slightly changes the taste hence I prefer to have it with warm water. As to the results, I believe it is still early to tell..
