LOVE this thing!!
The media could not be loaded. I am so glad I bought this!! Got it for a Black Friday sale & it’s been my right hand man ever since. I just want to power wash everything now!The good: It has great water pressure, had no problem cleaning off my 20-30 year old patio (before, during & afters included). I never thought the wood could look so good!! It’s light weight & the wheels make it easy to move. The power cord & hose are great lengths, & I love how they wind up easily for compact storage. I also like how it only makes noise when you’re actually spraying the water & very briefly when it’s “warming up”. When it does make noise it’s not very loud, my neighbors can only hear it if they are outside & they still say it’s pretty quiet even then. It makes literally any surface look brand new!I must add it does have its quirks: it takes 30 seconds to a minute to be fully warmed up. It will go back & forth between high & low pressure during this time period & the handle sort of rattles in your hand. There may be some start up instructions I didn’t read in the manual as to why this happens-I just start washing and after that time frame is up it works like a charm with zero hiccups. Bottom line: don’t panic if you start washing & it’s making a funny noise or has low pressure-it’s just warning up! Also, the screws are kind of hard to get in on the initial set up. You have to have a skinny screw driver and tighten them with a decent amount of force to get all the attachments tight. There also isn’t a guide detailing which nozzles are for which surfaces that come in the box so I have to refer to this listing or a screenshot of it to make sure I’m using them correctly.Key take away: I’d definitely recommend this little machine! It’s quirks don’t bother me, the price is right-far cheaper than others I’ve found & it more than gets the job done!!

For what it is, it is pretty good.
Unit almost looks and feels like a toy. However, I have used it twice, first on the concrete garage apron and landscaping blocks, then on my deck. Both jobs the machine ran for between 2 and 3 hours with zero problems. Remember, this is a 2000 psi electric HOMEOWNER's pressure washer. IT IS NOT A 3600 PSI professional pressure washer. It is light weight, small, very easy to store and is performs adequately for small chores like washing the car, pressure washing a small to medium sized deck, the sidewalk or paving stones around a medium sized home. If you have a long driveway, or a lot of sidewalk, this is not the machine for you. Pressure is adequate, which is probably a benefit for the average homeowner; the 15-degree high pressure tip, even when held close to the deck, could not scar the wood on my deck. I could carve my name into a wood deck with my gas powered $1200.oo pressure washer. I don't need that kind of power now. It takes a little longer to do a job, but the convenience and ease of use make up for the lack of really high pressure.I like the hose reel mounted on the machine. However, the light weight plastic hose tends to coil when unrolled.

Broke after using three times
Product did not last but a few months before water started shooting from the hard plastic water line mounted to the body of the pressure washer which caused it to lose pressure and spray water from the body. I even bought the warranty but they tell me I can’t return it because it is still under mfg warranty. Sadly it is setting in my garage waiting on Mfg warranty to expire so I can make a claim.

Good for some things, not so great at others
I bought this May of 2021 and I am just getting around to using it. My boyfriend has a gas powered power washer and told me that this electric one would not do me any good. I asked him several times to power wash my house and deck, and he always forgot. I asked some people at work and they recommended that I get an electric power washer. In my cart it went.I've never used a power washer before and I was a bit skeptical. I have used three of the nozzles - 0, 25 and 40. I used this on my composite deck boards and it did a really great job. I had to get extra close to clean some of the biological growth off the deck, but the normal grim came off pretty easily. I'm not sure what is considered "normal" for distance from an object. Normal grime came off within 6 inches or so, the hard to clean stuff I had to be within about 3 to4 inches of it. I also used it on my wood frame of the deck and it took off the greyed color and grime. I used it on my patio below the deck as well. All in all, not too bad. Worth the money. It took me approximately 5 hours to clean a 14' x 10' composite deck, the wood frame underneath, and the patio below. One thing this did not do a good job at was the deck railing. I was right up on the pvc railing and it did not take everything off. The deck railing is 2 years old, so not old and sun beaten -- this replaced that! I think part of the reason was because we are in a dry spell right now as most of the country is. Once things got wet, they came of easier when I came back to them. It still did not get everything off. No worries, the railing will clean up with soap and a sponge ( I've gone this before, tried to used washer to make it easier ).As far as cleaning a house... no way is this going to clean a house from any sort of distance. If there was an attachment, quite possibly. I've found that you need to be pretty close to get anything spotless with this machine. It definitely will not do a second story from the ground. The washer itself is pretty lightweight. As some have mentioned, the limiting factor for use is the power cord or the hose, which can be heavy to lug around. The connection from hose to the machine needs to be tight or it will leak. Also, the metal piece behind the plastic hose connection needs to be tight as well. I found that the metal piece came lose and was leaking there moreso than at the plastic connection to the hose. Easy to store everything except the nozzles, which has also been mentioned. I don't think I will have a need for the brush attachment. I have yet to use the cleaning bottle.I don't think you can put anything into the machine as far as cleaner. You have to use the bottle attachment which comes after the machine discharge, so I'm not sure why someone was talking about not using bleach in the machine ( unless they meant the bottle attachment ).
