A solid performer
Replaced an old iron that was starting to fail. Light weight, heats fast, seems well built. Cord does not retract, but not an issue for me.

Basic but a nice iron
Very basic iron, but it gets the job done.

Okay.
Decent iron. Nice and lightweight. The stainless steel plate glides nicely over clothes. Other irons with coated plates eventually begins to snag material, plus they are harder to clean. Heats up fast and is hot enough for wrinkle removal. The steam feature is nice, but would be nicer if you could be able to add an extra push of steam from time to time. Adding water is a little tricky. It’s a little difficult to see the water filling up as you’re adding it. So, overfilling it is problematic. Plus, despite using filtered water, a small amount of crust still develops.

Bad design, malfunctioning auto-shutoff
Poor product for multiple reasons. First, the design is flawed because (a) the steam function is controlled by the heat setting so it can't be turned on or off independently, and (b) you can't see the water level as the window is tinted, so you never know when to refill it. Second, within a month of the purchase the auto-shutoff started malfunctioning, making the iron shut off within a minute of it being turned on, so you had to unplug and replug it continuously to make it work. Later it seemed to go back to normal, but who knows when it will happen again? I asked for an in-warranty repair and the repair was free but they asked me to pay for shipping and handling, about half what I paid for the iron. Not worth replacing; I'd rather pay more for a better product.
