It’s great. If you’re unwell and have trouble digesting food but need to keep your vitamins up, I highly recommend. Cheaper than Huel and less sugary than Complan. 3 shakes a day is a good 1200 calories and the texture is thick. A bit gritty but you have got to mix it well, I use barista oat milk. The chocolate flavour is rich, it’s very chocolaty.

This is by far the best tasting meal replacement I've ever had. I've been very sick for some time and during my illness I've had difficulty eating and digesting food. This was an absolute God-send. It blends well, it tates gorgeous and the ingredients are first class.

The taste is good and it actually fulls you. I've had this for my lunch mon-friday with a banana snack and I don't start getting hungry till 4.30-5 and because its a shake I have it while driving between jobs. You can just shake it in the bottle to mix it but I prefer blending, it goes so much smoother. I have it with semi skimmed milk. 10 out of 10.

not the cheapest but tastes lovely and would buy again

This is first time I am using similar product so take this review with a pinch of salt.Foremost I should say that I take regular medication for heartburn (Omeprazole) and with that I almost never get heartburn. Unfortunately drinking this product gives me pretty bad one straight away. I am hoping that my body will adjust.Packaging is probably the biggest let down. The "zip" seal at the top is very weak and does not zip properly. If you manage to zip it the whole way, once you slightly press the pack it will unzip again. There is a scoop indeed but you have to dig through the whole bag to find it - something I found quite unpleasant. Generally speaking I would prefer a tub instead of a bag.I got the chocolate taste which tastes quite nice, I don't have to force myself to drink it. Consistency has been a little surprising for me. Firstly there are pieces in it, which might be normal and just surprising for me as a new user. They are not non-mixed powder, I make sure to mix it well, but more like small particles of oats or such. Also the way they portray the product I was expecting thick liquid but this is no different than normal protein shake.Lastly, I don't find the portion anyhow more filling than drinking a protein shake. I am on a diet and in training so it gets me through to dinner, but I cannot say I would have any feeling of fullness after drinking it.

I bought this as am bedbound and struggle to make meals or eat solid food.unfortunately the product didn't live up to my expectations.Firstly instructions rubbish very small one sentence not clearly visible. it also doesn't say if should be cold or hot water or if you can substitute it with milk etc.Secondly it taste horrible, nothing like strawberry.very bitter and consistently of cold weetabix but not as nice taste.thirdly I bought a shaker handheld drink and metal ball mechanism. this required a lot of work and still left undisolved product in the drink .I would suggest if you do buy this to use a elec whisk or blender.Overall a poor experience and I also vomited that nightnot sure if that product or not.I wouldn't recommend
