Great little electric screwdriver from Bosch
Speed controlled makes it very easy to use. Moreover small size allows use in confined spaces and it fits neatly in the hand. For its size it is powerful. 'It does what it says on the tin’. Beats me why Bosch removed the speed control on its later versions. So far Im impressed.

Superb - the best IXO Ever!
The best IXO model ever IXO 6 with superb speed control. The 7th generation - out now is useless - has no speed control - which is deranged. So you try and screw in a small screw and the IXO 7 is twisting out of control at one high speed and ruining your workpiece. Brain dead decision by Bosch to take the speed control feature away

Long battery life/gets into awkward places
Torque good enough for interior work and 'nipping' screws into place. Great battery life and light comes in handy for dark (attic) places. Faster than by hand and feels nice. foreword/ reverse slide button is lovely positioned. Bit expensive (that's why 4 stars), but I may edit if it lasts a long time. Good charging time. Nice and handy to have it in my toolbox/not bad accessories and case. Good magnetic slot for the screw bits.Philbean

Awesome - my goto for any little screw jobs , flat pack assembly etc
This is a great little screwdriver - I use it to build wardrobes and put up blinds and shelves ..... but just remember it's a screwdriver not a drill. I don't understand any of the poor reviews. , I have Dewalt drills which are great and also Makita but when i want to do a small job i use this it's small enough to get into small places and light to work with for a while. It rechargeable and comes with a nice hard case to keep it and the bits that come with.Just get one for your tool box - you won't regret. The price is ok as cheaper ones are not variable speed or have poor torque.

Great piece of kit
Small and compact but packs enough punch. Bought this mainly house for constructing raised beds (timber decking) on an allotment. One charge was sufficient for 3 raised beds using over 100 screws. Easy to use, sufficient power to do the job and will no doubt be at hand for future projects.

Handy, holds charge, good control
Works well and saves my poor arms from some tough jobs. It holds a charge forever! Having this allows the family to help me too. The pressure on the trigger controls the speed nicely - just stay in control and don't get too excited! For the hardest jobs I've gone back to traditional screwdrivers, but it does the job often enough. Not much use for opening tins of paint though :)The basic heads supplied are fine for the most part, although more are available separately.

Does a good job
Have used a couple of times to dismantle and rebuild flat packed furniture and a few other little jobs and it hasn't had any issues. Only charged it once to do the above but as with any battery powered device, time will tell how good (or not) the battery really is.It's nice and light and with the right adapter will take any standard screwdriver/socket bit.Bought for my partner as she repurposes furniture as a hobby but has only used it for the flat pack stuff so far but she finds it easy and comfortable use.Built-in light has actually been handy so far.

Great, but the battary not as good as the old model.
This a a good little handy tool. As a refrigeration engineer, I use it to open up equipment not for drilling. The variable speed is a useful update on the old model, as is the battary indicator lights. Where it falls short is battary life and power. The older model seemed to last much longer on a single charge, and seemed to have more power. I'm still happy with it, but it seems a shame that it's not better then the old model in every way.
