Q: I normally wear a 7 but its telling me to buy 7.5 i have skinny feet what size should i get ?

I got my normal size. I wear a 7.5 in flats and heels but an 8 in sneakers so I purchased an 8 and was happy with the fit.

Q: How do the Pearl ones hold up? Do they look dirty right away? Do they wipe down easily when they do get dirty?

They hold up well, stay clean and as a matter of fact perfectly! I’ve had mine for over a year. I also know this because I’ve purchased 4 pair giving them to friends as presents! We all love them. The only think I’ve done in over a year is wash the laces. You’ll love them.
