2 stars. Not because of the 30 plus minutes of Windows updates I had to do. Not because the machine shipped without any audio drivers or display drivers. And not even because it shipped without any network adapter drivers. But because the machine doesn't have an Ethernet port and the machine was shipped without network adapter drivers there is no way a non technical person could perform updates and get the needed drivers without a docking station. Being a tech, it wasn't a big deal but for someone less experienced it could be a major pain. I don't believe this machine was tested at all before being shipped. I also do not believe the machine is new. The machine was not packaged nor the power cord sealed as I have experienced in unused equipment. Also, the included paperwork, did not match the machine in the box. I would not buy this again, and I buy a lot of laptops.
