Started on Magnesium after my Heart Catheterization. It certainly feel much better. This supports muscle relaxation. It also supports heart, nerve and bone heath. Very important for women who are 50+. But as with any thing you take ask your Pharmacist. Most doctors don’t study nutrition. They get a one hour lecture. Where Pharmacists study all medicine and vitamins and there inter actions with one another. They spend seven years studying nothing but the pharmacology of each medication. It pays to know your Pharmacist.

It's a really good brand. The value for how many you get is amazing was it last for 3 or so months. I read off it and it found that 400 mg is the average recommended dose and I had been buying 500 so it was great finding this at Amazon for such a good price. I bought it multiple times and will continue to use it.
