I have up to 15 migraine days a month for the past 20 odd years . I've always used a pack of frozen peas as well as prescribed migraine meds to help ease the searing pain. I now have two of these migraine caps they are soft comfortable adjustable to fit and stay cold for about an hour and a half so I have one in freezer all the time they come a good food safe storage bag to put in freezer. I have to say it's probably the best cooling migraine relief I've ever used it does not move, very comfortable and not too heavy! and it works! ice packs surround the whole of the head. Nothing negative to say about this item I wish I had got it way before now. You don't need to buy more expensive options . This one is just perfect!

I love this for when I have a bad headache, the Velcro is good and it stays flush to my head. The only problem is it feels like it goes warm again very quickly, so only good for short bursts of time. It’s good while it lasts though!

Bought this for my partner who suffers from severe headaches and migraines to the point where medication doesn’t work.I saw this I thought why not give this a try and my god it worked wonders.He said his head was pounding but within 5 minutes of having this on is calmed down dramatically.Highly recommend you can take the ice packs out and place them in the fridge or freezer as well as the microwave, I haven’t used it in the microwave but I’m guessing it will be just as good.

Weight of this is great & it's soft & comfortable. Not terribly effective though. I put in the fridge for over 2 hours. Pain relief was minimal, maybe 15 minutes, so next time I put it in the freezer for 30 minutes. It was cooler but still didn't last for long, however, it says you're only supposed to use short term. Not great when you have a pounding headache.

Loved this. You'll need to try and flex it a bit straight from the freezer but it's very good. It will stay cold around 15/20 mins. Stays on really well too.

Bought for my husband who suffers from FND, he says it’s great, helps him relax and takes away the tension. Would definitely recommend it to anyone with headaches or eye pain.

I tried this cap to assist with chronic daily massage. It’s quite large but has 4 pads contained in sections of cap and is very soothing when used straight of the fridge. I have always used cold packs for migraine but one that fits whole head such as this. It definitely improves my sensation of cold, which I use a lot for relief and comfort as sadly have regular migraines. Cold seems to work best along with medication so always a back up for what I use. Wish I didn’t have them but at least I have a few things to use which I know help.

This cold pack covers too small an area of the forehead to be effective. It's difficult to get the frozen insert into the headband. The frozen insert is very stiff, so it doesn't bend to fit the shape of the forehead. The fabric the headband is made from is so thick that it prevents the coldness of the ice pack from reaching the skin enough to give some relief from the pain.
