Can this be used with the Urmet BiBus system?

How does the ringing work? Is there a built in speaker to alert when someone rings bell?

Yes there is a buzzer, I believe it uses the handset speaker as there is nothing in the body of the unit. Mine is plenty loud enough, I replaced an old handset as it wasn’t alerting me

Does this have a volume control?

Sorry zi don’t know as I am unable to make mine work due to some incompatibility with my old system.
