Not user friendly
Not user friendly. The SIM slots are placed in such a manner that it is difficult to remove and insert. The Volte feature is not that effective.

Very good for senior citizens
My mom (senior citizen) is finding it convenient to use mainly for its larger keys, audio and speed dial.Thanks for this useful product.Battery life is also good.

A good deal for sure!!
Recently got this phone and i am really happy with it... The performance is smooth, the battery lasts long, and the medical alert notification is very nice for my grandpa... It even looks stylish and feels good in hand. Totally worth the money...

Good for elders.. bad software.
Software bug. Call getting auto answer even though it is off under shield menu option. Get rid of this issue by restarting the phone. Also i couldn't connect this phone with the app mentioned.

Worst customer service from Amazon
Worst experience phone torch is not working and I have booked a replacement while pickup ime number is not matching so they asked me to make a fresh order and return the product amazon is not good in customer service

Battery problem
Phone goes dead if someone calls the number. No incoming calls at all. Outgoing calls possible. Went through the exercise repeatedly by calling the customer service but in vain.But customer service is very good. They said there may be a problem with the battery and they will replace it now. Hope to get the new battery soon.Xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.Yes. I got a new battery as was promised and in time. The phone is working fine. I really appreciate the service rendered.I have a suggestion to one and all who sell products which are battery operated. Please do try to get non Chinese batteries. It has been my experience that cheap Chinese batteries are always a problem.
