Easy to switch out
It was easy to identify this as the replacement I needed from the battery I had and my alarm guide. Fit my ADEMCO home alarm system perfectly. Delivered quickly; was in fine shape. Very easy to switch out with the dead battery that needed replacement. Simply disconnected old one, put new battery in place, and reconnected the wires. Had no impact on my alarm. No need for a repair visit from the alarm company. Perfect.

Easy to install
Very easy to install. As a female first time home buyer with no experience ever changing an alarm battery (I didn’t even know it was a thing), this was very simple And anyone can do it!

Initially dead battery not an issue in alarm system connected to current
I replaced the battery in my alarm system recently after receiving a message of low system battery. This was the same battery that I was replacing. It came with no charge (dead) but was charged up by the alarm system and within 4 hours the message went away.I’m told sometimes it takes longer to charge up. I am writing this review because some people complained about receiving a dead battery. Not an issue in this type of alarm system. The battery was shipped well in its original box and looked new.

Do-It-Myself Repair to Home Security System -- No Need to Pay for Service Call
My home security system uses this battery for backup power. Over the 15 years I've had the system, I have had to replace the battery only twice. It was inexpensive, and I was able to do it myself, with no difficulty.
