Nice piece of furniture, comfy, very helpful delivery.

Arrived earlier than expected but was only packaged in cardboard and not plastic wrapping which is fine as it was immaculate and no visible signs of any damage or marks. However in its chair form, this thing is extremely firm to sit on so ive had to order extra cushions to soften the seating experience. It is very easy to put into the lounger/sitting/sleeping position and when you are lying down, its decently comfy and not as bad as when you sit on it. It does look nice and feels very sturdy. I would recommend extra padding or cushions though if you like a more plush experience.

We have just converted our garage and this chair is perfect on the firm side but when you have cushion you like and having extra width it’s great. So easy to pulll out. i havnt slept on it yet though

The back is loose. It has no system to fix it so it slides over the seat. Also when positioned in the bed mode, the back section is not flush with the other two sections.It is quite hard to seat and sleep on.

It’s just very hard - all i can say for sitting and sleeping
