Q: I have a phone mount but the mount no longer works to charge the phone.can i just get the phone holder with usb outlet to charge phone?

This holder just holds your phone. You can run a charging cable to your phone while it's in this holder. You will also need to order a mount to mount this onto your handlebars.

Q: Is the wiring that goes from the phone mount to the battery included?

I purchased without charger. My bike has a USB and a 12v cigarette lighter type plug for power. Personally I would tap an accessory line, don't recommend tapping the battery direct. 2nd bike and over 25k without issue.
