Light weight, sharp, EASY open
This has been my Every day knife since purchase. It is a quality blade that holds an edge, and light weight so you don’t feel it drag in your pocket. The easy open is the winner here though I can have my knife out and opened before others have even started to grab there knife. The opening mechanism is fun to use as well it’s almost too fun to fidget with.I have gotten more use out of this knife than I have more expensive knives and for less money too! It’s a sleek design and perfect size for any task.

Great price!
Exactly as advertised. Very sharp out of the box with a very durable edge. Comfortable in the hand. Very happy!

Good knife for the price
I purchased this knife with the intent of using it at work (dealing mostly with cardboard, plastic wrap, tape, etc). It arrived in a timely manner, one day earlier than its expected delivery date. Upon opening the box, I was met with this heavy, thick-bladed knife, that is super sharp. The pocket clip is nice and sturdy. The opening motion is smooth and satisfying, once you get used to the force required to flick it open. The spine lock is different from the in-frame lock I am used to with most knives. Starting off, single hand closing was awkward, but I was able to figure out a method that seems to work for me. I've noticed that both while open and while closed, the lock can wiggle about a millimeter forward and backward and a little side to side. Other than that, the lock is solid while the blade is out. The handle is a good length, houses the blade well, and has a cool texture.Overall, the knife is good for the price. Nice and heavy. Wish the lock didn't wiggle as much, but I suppose that's to be expected for this price/lock mechanism.

good quality and value
This is a very good quality knife. The action is very smooth, the blade locks in solidly w/o any wiggle or movement. Blade itself is beefy nut not too thick. Handle is comfortable and "grippy". So far I am very pleased with the quality and especially the value.

Very nice. Comparable to mor expensive knives.
Wow. Is really nice. I love the shape of the blade. Edge grind is even. Blade is very centered when closed. Solid lock up/no wiggle. Stonewash is very nice. Carbon fiber handle is very nice looking. The light play is very nice. Handle is completely smooth. Which I don't mind cuz its so pretty. Opens nicely. Is not snappy opening due to the lock type. Still with a hair of wrist it opens up well. The lock is different than any other but I like it. Pulling in the lock you can use your wrist/gravity to close it. Kinda like the Axis lock on Benchmades.Although it's not S30V or some other expensive super steel, D2 is still very good. This is a very nice knife for the money. A very good deal $ wise and easily comparable to more expensive knives. Oh also the screws on the pocket clip are inlaid. Which is awesome.

The carbon fiber ISNT!!
Love the knife the action is smooth and its razor sharp. Good fit and finish....EXCEPT THE CARBON FIBER ISN'T CARBON FIBER. IT'S A PRINT ON A SMOOTH PLASTIC. the grip is smooth to the point of slick. If you want some texture to improve the grip... this isn't it... get a G-10 handle material. If not for that, this is a 5 star for the price

So far so good, just if the clip would reverse: Updated screws lost :-(
I got this to try out a highly rated bargain knife in d2 steel. So far I like it and its 90% what I would like, I would really love it if the clip were a four position reversible clip rather than a two. I prefer tip down carry on a flipper as it makes the pocket draw and deploy faster (for me at least).Flipper action and lock. The flipper action is great, a solid flip with a good clack. The bearing is great on this. The lock is solid, it locks up hard, stays locked until you want to close it and has zero wiggle. The scales. These scales are very grippy without being wearing. You never worry about your grip, even if its wet, and I suspect they wont cause any excess wear on your jeans. In a word the scales are perfect.Edge and blade. Blade came "mostly" sharp. Near the end of the blade it was shaving sharp. Closer to the handle it wasn't. Spent some time on the sharpener and got it hair popping full length of the blade. Its great now, seems to hold the edge very very well during normal daily uses. The blade is perfectly centered in the handle when closed, no issues there. Blade shape is a little odd, but it gives you a very precise sharp tip that seems well reinforced and should be pretty solid. Flat grind blade with some metal behind the spine makes me not worry about it getting brittle. The blade honestly is awesome.I've only had it in my pocket for about a month now, so I'll see how it works for me. If I like it I might buy two more as I like to keep a spare knife in each car. Ideally the same as what's in my pocket at the time so there's no retraining of the brain.Update:Everything above is still true about this knife, but I had of the pocket clip screws strip. They're tiny little things. It stayed in its spot though so the clip was still secure. That is until it didnt. now I have a clip, one screw and cant find a replacement for the one that was lost, and even it it wasnt lost, t he metal liner is stripped on the side I prefer to carry it. A worthwhile upgrade for CJRB would be to use a larger screw, less likely to strip, and less likely to get lost.I knocked my review down a star, a clip on knife stops be a pocket knife when it loses the clip. Its become a bag or cupboard knife at this point for me sadly, the action, lock, blade, grips and everything else is still great, but without a clip its no where near as useful for me.
