Powerful vacuum.One of the motors went down.I contact the company to get a replacement motor, and they have been very helpful.The company sent a replacement motor for free! It took me about an hour to install, and the vac is like new again. It is rare in my experience to work with a company this helpful and to have a product that is repairable in this modern "disposable" world is unexpected.The dual-motors are very cool. And the seller Farag Janitorial is very professional and responsive.

This is a very powerful machine. I use it in my welding shop to suck up weld slag and grinding.I have had it for two years, and the only issue is the connection between the hose and the pickup tube, which is poorly engineered, and does not stay together. Due to it exceptional power and easy cleaning, with filters can be washed and reused I give it 5 stars.

You can forget all the other vacuum cleaners claiming 5....6....more.... horsepower. Each of the two motors on this pulls 1200w (measured), so 2400w = 3.25hp. More than that will pop the circuit breaker in your fuse box, so anyone claiming theirs has more power is not being honest. Just make sure you don't have anything else drawing power on the circuit or your breaker is going to open!This thing is a monster! Only just fits through my door ways. The suction is on par with the centralized system you find at the local car wash.The only gripe I have is that the skirt at the back sticks out a little more than the wheels. It's easy to pull it up steps one at a time. When going down though, the skirt catches the step edge making it a little awkward to maneuver. Luckily I have a halfway landing so I can take a rest!On the whole this is exactly what I was looking for: the biggest, suckiest, manliest beast-mode vacuum cleaner that can reasonably used at home. Any bigger would have been too much.

I purchased this vac 3 years ago and I was immediately impressed with its suction capability. I have a woodworking shop that produces a lot of dust and chips. At least in this application, it would be hard to beat this shop vac.The only negative is that it does not use disposable bags, but rather has a fabric filter that makes it messy to empty the contents of the drum.One of the two motors gave out just a week ago, but considering how much I have put it through, I am surprised it lasted this long. I am working with the company to get a replacement motor, and they have been very helpful.Update (3/9/23): The company sent a replacement motor (normally $30 +shipping) for free! It took me about an hour to install, and the vac is like new again. I love this machine but when i turn on the dual engine the suction cup goes up and covers the suction line, its too much power for that light suction cup. It stillvworks good with 1 engine but it works better and quicker with the double. I used the double the first hour i bought it, it didnt get stuck, after that hour the suction cup kept rising and closing the suction line. Even with 1 engine on the suction cup still shuts the suction line.

This vac worked wonders. Turn on both motors and it works like a champ. I used it to clean up construction debris, small wood pieces, old insulation nails etc. It got clogged a few times with large pieces of wood or insulation but for the most part it was amazing and made clean up much easier. I would highly recommend.

I liked that it is very easy to use and we can clean many rugss in our store.
