It is a direct replacement for a bass guitar kit that I purchased from Solo Guitars, which is based in Canada. It is identical to the bridge that came with the kit.

You need to measure your string spacing. This bridge is 17mm string spacing.

Will this fit a 2013 fender deluxe jazz 5 string???

It will fit, however it offset the strings so I had to take it back off.

How do I get the strings to stop slipping out of place when using the top load option?

I had no such problem. I used tapercore strings to keep the strings low. You could carefully wrap say electrical tape around the color thread at the bridge. This might work.
