With Sen-sen gone, I've been trying other tiny licorice bits. Amarelli is too large and too strong for me, but there version with a bit of mint is quite nice. Cachou Lajaunie is also quite nice, The KAOL silver beads are also okay.Nipits seems to be the best. These are very tiny pellets of pure licorice, and they last about half an hour. No added sugar -- instead, the naturally occurring glycyrrhizin makes it sweet. They are delicious.

Excellent for irritated, dry or horsiness in the throat.
