It became unglued the moment it came out of the box. My friend tried needling the yarn into the given hole to hold it and it was a bust.How genuine is this if the workmanship is so bad. I bought another one at Amazon for a lot less and is working so beautifully.Please do not invest so much money in this product. It shows sellers greed in making money and giving sloppy product
