Does this make you sweaty?

I would assume if you wear a lot of woolly clothes underneath it, it might, but I just wear an ordinary coat and it is fine

Is it big enough for 60 inch chest?

It’s pretty sizeless. I can wear it as a size 22 with my arms inside it and it still drapes over with room to spare

Does it have a pocket?

It has one. But due to the light material, the entire thing will hang to one side if you put a mobile phone in it. Also the sleeves are way too short... I have it as an emergency item.in the car... but it isn't something I would buy again
