I absolutely *love* 'GRIP-IT'!!! I have been having trouble getting into the 'Extended Butterfly' in Pole class as the grip I have used previously did not provide the grip I needed to confidently hold the position without sliding out of position.When I used 'Grip-it' I was able to get into Extended Butterfly on my first try! As well as ensuring I held the pose confidently for quite a while.There is no scent from it, so it's not irritating to your senses. I feel that it is reasonably well priced as you only need a small amount; and is extremely easy to use. As well as providing great grip, it is also easily washed off without any residue.I learned about 'Grip-it' from my pole instructor and have been recommend 'Grip-it' to the rest of our pole class. I would also recommend it to anyone needing a strong, easy-to-use grip for either pole class or any other activity that requires a strong, confident hold.P.S. It also really does help in picking up screws!!

A great grip product, easy to use just spray a couple of times and let it dry. It gives me so much confidence in pole that I'm sure I'll not slip to push out of my comfort zone. No smell from it and it's easy to remove once class is finished.

I bought this for Pole fitness. It certainly aids grip! However found it very tough to clean off the Pole afterwards so it made it difficult to perform spins and movements that require freedom, even after thorough cleaning. Overall great product for this use though!

I’m using this to improve grip on a squash racket. Works really well. Couple of sprays on the hand and racket grips brilliantly for a while match

I liked this idea and was pleased with how it worked in the first set of a tennis match, it gave me extra grip without sticking, and helped secure the racket in the longer rallies. However I noticed it began to wear off so I sprayed again, only this time it didn't last as well and felt more powdery. I tried again but it didn't improve much.So a partial improvement overall. Perhaps the formula needs a tweek.

As a pole dancer, this is by far the worst grip I’ve ever tried. I was so excited to try it after reading other reviews but it was a huge disappointment. The package smelt like weed. When sprayed the smell was better but it left a stick residue on my hands even after just 1 spray and leaving to dry. When pole climbing it started off ok but then almost became wet and slippy very quickly while also still having a sticky feel to the hands. It was really weird. A couple of other girls in class tried it too and had the same experience. I’ll stick with Dancing Dust.

Before trying this product, I would always lose my grip so quickly especially on spins and I couldn't hold my inverts without sliding down a little. Not anymore, this product is a real game changer. Its not too tacky on the hands and I can really grip the pole without it sliding. It does leaves a little tacky marks on the pole but it is VERY EASY to clean it off with a damp cloth (no need to scrub). My fellow polers and instructor tried my grip and they will switch brands. 100% RECOMMEND THIS.

In my experience this product is literally glue that you spray on your hands and sticks you to the pole. Literally, like too sticky and the grip hurts for some reason. It does not stop your sweat or reduce it, it’s just literally glue on your hands for a bit. It goes on to the pole immediately even if you let it dry properly and it’s not easy to clean. It gets so sticky that even after it wears off and/or wash your hands, it it impacts your next moves unless you clean the pole too and it’s really hard to clean so not convenient in the middle of your session if you want to spin or do rotations.Also it gets super slippery once your hands start sweating again which I found a bit scary.You cannot use this if you’re flowing or spinning on static by the way because your hands will not move. You will feel it on hands a while after using it, they get dry and give it that sort of friction pain.Feel bad for leaving a bad review because it can just be me but if your hands are sweaty like mine I do not recommend. Maybe would work for someone with non sweaty hands who’s just looking for extra grip.
