SUCCESS! Even this beginner could do it my very first try.
I had declared, two years prior, that I was going to win the next Christmas dessert contest for my wonen's sail racing club. To say the least, this is a highly competitive bunch of women so I had to pull off a dazzling submission. I did my homework, but, when it comes right down to pouring jello onto a delicious cake, it made me very nervous. However, this product made the whole process ..shall I say?... a 'piece of cake. The acetate was fairly easy to control; plenty of tape was provided; the mold held firm; peeled away easily, and, I'm actually looking forward to upping my game for next year's contest. (Perhaps my "Lake Erie" could be a giant jello shot.....)

Perfect for what I needed
I was desperate for a knock-off frost form, since my pre-ordered kit won’t arrive for weeks, and I had a cake order due very soon. This setup worked great to build a cake, frost it in minutes, freeze it in this setup, then defrosted upon landing in another state. A few final touches at the party, and the cake was still clean and beautiful.
