Master switch does not work - Be careful
Works great! The only problem being it works regardless of whether the bright red master switch is on or off.Not great. But the dead-man switch to operate the drop saw is effective so any risk is minimised. Care needed when you want to maintain or alter saw position. Make sure you unplug!!!!

Immediately failed on first power on
Received it, wasted time putting it together, secured and clamped the wood.. and when I actuated the trigger switch, it powered up for an instant and then immediately died. No magic smoke, and an open circuit between the plug poles. Probably a dodgy micro switch in the safety interlock, but annoying after I’d spent so much time and now I have to waste even more time dropping it off for the return. I guess them’s the breaks when you spend £59.

Wrong description
This saw was advertised as having a brush less motor a 216 mm blade it actually has brushes and a 210mm blade if I hadn't needed it badly I would have sent it backNot a bad saw but I would not recommend it
