Good little watch, great value for money - just treat it gently
My son got this for Christmas and loves it. It doesn't have all the features of a more expensive watch, but he's 8! It's great value for money and tracks what he wants - steps, heart rate and sleep. He doesn't use the latter two that much though. His timekeeping has improved too!The customer service was also excellent - the bit that attaches to the strap (opposite side to the charging port) snapped off, and the watch was replaced under warranty with very little hassle. The only shame is that when unbinding the original watch from the app in order to connect the new one, we lost all his previous data. I'm not sure if there was any way to back it up, but it's not that big a deal.I just hope it doesn't break again - it does seem a slightly weak design point, that the strap could pull at the wrong angle and break the "wings" it attaches to. Just need to be extra careful I guess.

Looks great, child loves it but x 2 have no broken in the same way.
NB Update to below, customer service have offered to replace both previous purchases under warranty, so fair play. There's lots to like on this product, nice design, intuitive, the link up to the parents phone is great and I'm told they were comfortable, ultimately my child loved it.There is however a design flaw in that both watches I've purchased have now broken in the same way and I feel confident in suggesting this is not user abuse as once I could excuse but now both have gone in the same way (photo) hmmmm. The issue lies in the connection point between the unit and the strap, these are clearly not strong enough and on both occasions have given way, leaving the end trapped in the strap. We purchased the 2nd to replace the initial one that broke and Amazon delivery meant a replacement arrived asap which is what we needed....however with 2nd breaking that's now circa £50 gone and I suspect it may have just been worthwhile investing in a more premium robust version.Won't say don't purchase as they a good entry point for your kids but neither has lasted more than 4 months so just be aware they're not overly robust.

Fantastic Children's Watch
This is a fantastic watch for children. It is comfortable and interactive, with a colourful display. It is easy to charge and children can customise the screen to suit their tastes and their are additional functions such as sleep tracking, etc... We purchased 2 watches in different colours for our boys age 7 and 9. They love counting how many steps they have done each day and try to beat their score and each other, so a great way to encourage exercise too. The Biggerfive Customer Service were very helpful and efficient in resolving a minor issue with one of watch strap parts and immediately sent a replacement part under warranty. Great value for money and a fantastic product - highly recommend.

Didn’t last 2 months
The media could not be loaded. The watch did not last 2 months. Bought end of Feb and by mid April the display does not work anymore.

Location Data
Good watch and would recommend for the price point, but I have frustrations with the consistent requirement to have location settings on, even though the device provides feedback to update the app through Bluetooth. The watch also doesn't always capture outcomes from sleep, not sure what the bug is with this.

Excellent first watch
I didn’t want to pay the Fitbit price so chose this one. It’s got cool face choices that you can change via an app and my daughter has enjoyed seeing how many steps she can do. Really bright and colourful but the straps aren’t overly comfortable for her to wear it all the time as it’s a little chunky.

Would recommend
We ordered this for my sons christmas and he loves it. It is easy to use and he enjoys the different faces he can pick - more options would be amazing. He loves tracking his steps and we always have a look at his sleep and compare. We had a break at the charging part, the company were fast to respond and fast to send out a replacement which was great customer service.I would say some things to consider:- you pull the strap off to get the charging point, I’m not sure this is best design, and you have to be careful so there are no breaks. It takes some strength to do so as well, my son can do it but may not do it st the correct angle so I worry about another break.- my son has had a bad reaction to the strap, his wrist is very red. We have washed the strap but no help. I have not raised this issue with the company because I’m not sure they could resolve it and I can’t get a different strap as they are so specific to the watch, I just wanted to raise this to make others aware. The company have been good, and fast. The watch itself works well, and my little boy loves it, so although I don’t love everything about the watch, I would still recommend for younger ages, my son is 7.
