Definitely finer, better than just jam. And not liquid. More a cherry liqueur infused semi soft marzipan. Lovely presentation and great gift.

This is ready to eat out of the package. Was just REALLY smaller than I had thought, maybe enough for 2 people. Had to server Christmas pudding instead as this was not enough for everyone invited.
