I use this mushroom powder with soup and stir fry which came out pretty good. Just only some portion of tsp will give you the great flavor and I also like the ingredients which is pure, no chemical added.

This powder adds another level to all my cooking, soups, dressings, lasagna, enchiladas, the list goes on. I may not use it like most cooks use it, but it takes every dish to another level. I make great marinara sauce, but throw a dash of this powder in, boom, another level.

I mix two tablespoons of it with 1 cup wheat flour + 1 cup almond flour + two tablespoons psyllium husk powder to make my healthy biscuits.

If I could give this product zero stars I would. I purchased this mushroom powder so I could make my own beef Boullion powder. I specifically looked for organic and clean. I thought I found it with this brand. When the product arrived it had a warning sticker on the side stating that " This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm". I can't return it due to it being a food product. It has USDA organic stamp on it. How are they allowed to have this stamp and sell it with the Organic and USDA stamp knowing it is tainted. Unbelievable!!!

Great flavor and dissolves easily, no clumps. Really recommend this and the price is great as well.

I make my own Raman noodle seasoning with a combination of things including this product. It works perfectly.

I prefer use dried whole shiitake mushrooms in cooking instead. I don’t know what it was made of. It tasted pretty bland to me
