Awesome and sturdy toy for my toddler!
My son loves this toy! I love that it has one simple button that makes all of the sounds. The quality is very sturdy. I don't feel like there are any loose pieces that would fall off that would cause him to choke on. I highly recommend this to your kids if they love construction vehicles!

Great Toy for a Construction Loving Little Boy - but Why is the Packaging So Tough!
My toddler loves construction equipment of all kinds and was very excited to get this - it's a great size and has good articulation so he can scoop, lift and dump various things into his toy dump truck. The lights are minimal, just two marker lights but a nice touch. And the sound - the sound is great, if a bit loud (little one loves it) and responds to what you do. By that, I mean, if you roll the loader backwards, it makes the reverse beeps - rolling forward revs the engine and (manually) lifting the scoops makes a hydraulic pump sound. Durability / quality seems reasonably good for a plastic toy at this price point (i.e., it's not going to last forever, but survived initial battles with a toddler reasonably enough).So why only 4 stars? The PACKAGING! Cardboard surround is fine and all, but this follows the new trend of using hardware to attach the bottom of the toy to the bottom cardboard piece - in this case, it uses small plastic "rivets" that are supposed to free the toy with a quarter turn each. But they deform in shipping/don't like to slip out. I had to rip all the cardboard away to get a look at the exit slot and wriggle the plastic rivet out. Please come up with better packaging or just go back to old style twist ties - the may have been ugly, but they were easy to get out!

If you toss it then you might loose the connection to speakers
My son loves it. After he tossed it a few times. The sounds and lights stop working.
